Here is the basic information on the Exhibit that will be held in conjunction with the upcoming AMTA-2002 Conference. Exhibits open the evening of the welcoming reception, Wednesday, October 9th, and stay open until noon of Saturday, October 12, the closing day of the conference. The conference program will include plenty of time for visiting the exhibition hall, which will be centrally located at the conference site. Exhibit booths will be 8' x 10' and include a skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. The exhibit room will be cleaned daily and secured at night. AV equipment such as projectors and monitors may be rented. Alternative booth furnishings may be available for an additional fee. The fee for an exhibit booth Wednesday evening-Saturday noon is $600.
