BANQUET TICKETS

The 2004 AMTA Banquet will be held at 7pm at B. Smith's in Union Station in downtown Washington, DC. The cost will be $65 which includes transportation to/from the conference site; a starter, entree, and dessert and beverages (details forthcoming); plus the camaraderie of machine translation enthusiasts that you can't get anywhere else!

COMPLETION

AMTA-2004 Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by August 15, 2004 will receive full refund.

Cancellations received up to three weeks prior to the conference will receive the AMTA membership (if paid as part of the registration), one copy of the proceedings of each event registered to attend, and reimbursement of all amounts paid above the first $200.

Cancellations received within three weeks prior to the conference and all no-shows will not receive reimbursements but will receive the current full year AMTA membership (if paid as part of the registration) and one copy of each proceedings of events registered to attend.

Cancellations due to governmental travel restrictions which preclude travel to attend the Conference, severe illness, or death in family will receive full refund regardless of when notification is received by the AMTA Office.
