The banquet evening will start off with a cocktail mixer while waiting to
board the coach. From the hotel the coach will take banquet goers on a short ride to the
Mississippi River where they will board the Paddle wheeler the Creole
Queen. This authentic paddle wheeler has been chartered just for Summit attendees and
their guests. On board they will be served a spectacular 4 course meal with wine and be
entertained by a 12 piece Dixieland Jazz band.
The cruise will take them down the Mississippi River and back, where they can continue to
party in the French Quarter or return to the Fairmont.
